Withdrawal from the contract and returning the sensor

If you decide to return your Elonga sensor and withdraw from the contract, please contact our customer support team. We will be happy to help you with the return process and membership cancellation.


1. Can I withdraw from the contract?

Yes, you may withdraw from the contract and return the sensor within 30 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.


2. Conditions for returning the sensor

A return is possible if:

  • the sensor is returned in an appropriate condition

  • the user meets the conditions stated in the Terms & Conditions (deadlines, requirements, etc.)

  • Elonga receives the device and processes the refund in accordance with applicable law


3. How does the return process work?

Standard procedure:

  1. Contact Elonga customer support and inform us that you want to return the sensor.

  2. Support will provide the return address and detailed instructions.

  3. Pack the device securely and send it.

  4. After the sensor is received and inspected, a refund is issued.


4. What do I need to do in the app?

If you want to completely terminate the service:

  • Go to Settings → Delete Account

  • Confirm deletion


Deleting the account removes all data permanently, but it does not cancel the membership. Our customer support must do that.


Deleting your account will permanently remove all personal data.


5. When should I contact support?

Contact customer support if:

  • you wish to withdraw from the contract

  • you are unsure about the correct procedure

  • you need confirmation the device has been received

  • you are expecting a refund and want to verify its status
