Without an active subscription, measurements and advanced features cannot be used, and the membership can be reactivated at any time.

Purchasing the Elonga sensor on elonga.com includes:
the Elonga sensor + charger,
a 5-year warranty on the sensor,
access to customer support.
Membership activates automatically on the day the sensor is delivered.
3. Membership Options and Pricing in the App
Subscription plans available directly in the app:
Monthly plan – 11,90 EUR per month (includes a 12-month minimum commitment)
Annual plan – 78 EUR per year
Two-year plan – 119 EUR every 2 years
4. Account and Membership Activation
After completing the order:
you receive login credentials (username + temporary password) via email,
download the Elonga app,
log in and complete account setup.
5. Specifics of the Monthly Membership
The monthly plan includes:
a 12-month minimum commitment,
the exact end date visible in the app under Settings → ElongaPlus,
a 30-day money-back guarantee from the moment the sensor is delivered.
After 30 days, the commitment cannot be ended early.

Elonga offers:
a 30-day period from the delivery of the sensor to withdraw and return the product without giving a reason.

Measurements and advanced features become unavailable.
