If you lose your Elonga charging cable, we will be happy to help you arrange a replacement.
It is possible to order a new charging cable from us. The price of the cable is 159 CZK / 7 EUR and the shipping cost is 69 CZK / 3 EUR.
How to proceed?
1. Please contact our customer support.
2. Kindly provide your billing details (address, phone number, email) and the Packeta (Zásilkovna) branch where you would like the new cable to be delivered.
3. We will then issue an invoice for the replacement cable,
4. and once the payment is received, we will send the charging cable to your selected address.
