Charging the Elonga sensor and battery status

The Elonga sensor is equipped with an integrated battery that typically lasts several weeks to months without charging. Charging is simple and uses the magnetic USB cable included in the package.

How to Charge the Sensor

  • Connect the magnetic charger to a USB power source.

  • We recommend using a standard wall socket.

  • Charging via a notebook may be unreliable (USB ports may not provide enough voltage).

  • Attach the magnetic connectors to the contacts on the sensor (“+” and “–”).

  • The sensor will light up once connected and begin indicating charging.

Battery Status Indicators (LED Blinking)

  • Blue blinking- the sensor is active or connecting to the app.

  • Red blinking- the battery is almost empty and needs charging.

  • Intermittent blinking while on the charger- charging is in progress.

  • Solid green light (only while connected to the charger)- the sensor is fully charged.

If the Sensor Does Not Respond or Charge

Check the following:

  • that the magnetic charger is properly aligned with the contacts,

  • that the USB power source is functioning,

  • and try a different power adapter if needed.

If the sensor still does not charge or light up, contact our support for diagnostics.
