Why is my movement plan so high/low?

The movement plan in the Elonga app is created individually for each user.
It reflects not only your goals but also your current and long-term physiological state based on HRV measurements. Therefore, you may sometimes feel that your plan is too demanding or too easy.

1. The plan is built from several factors

When generating your plan, Elonga combines:

  • information from your questionnaire (accurate data is essential)

  • your long-term and current physiological state based on HRV

  • your previous plan fulfillment

  • the long-term trend of your results

At the beginning, the questionnaire has the most weight; later the system reacts mainly to long-term trends and ongoing measurements.

2. If the plan seems too high, possible reasons include:

  • Incorrectly filled questionnaireIf you entered more activity or a different fitness level than reality, the plan increases your load accordingly.

  • Good functional condition of the organism- If your long-term results are positive (recovery, stress, readiness), the system increases workload because your body can handle more.

  • Consistently completing the planIf you’ve consistently hit 100%+, the plan may be gradually raised.

3. If the plan seems too low, possible reasons include:

  • Higher fatigue or reduced recoveryThe system reacts to ANS status and reduces load when your body signals overload.

  • Several days with low activity- If you haven’t fulfilled the plan recently, the system softens upcoming days to prevent overload.

  • Missing or incorrectly logged activitiesIf activities weren’t synced or entered manually, the system underestimates your load and decreases the plan.

4. The plan continually adapts to your development

The movement plan responds to:

  • lifestyle changes

  • fluctuations in recovery and stress

  • HRV trends

  • fulfillment or non-fulfillment of previous days

It’s normal for the plan to rise or fall, it reflects your current needs.

5. The plan doesn’t fit you? You can reset it

If you feel the plan no longer reflects:

  • your real possibilities

  • your current fitness

  • or your questionnaire was inaccurate

you can reset the plan in the app settings and start again.
